After listening to the long list of extensions, none of which seemed to fit my case, I waited a long time to speak to a human. When she finally came on she spoke very short and rude, clearly not in the mood to assist me in finding the product I had ordered from Apria in the past. She finally connected me with a manager who was helpful. I was very surprised that Apria's "first contact" person was so rude and unwilling to assist.
