The agent was cold and never triedt to call to see if we can security clearance . I was traveling with my granddaughter and very upset . At ** years and several years of traveling this was quite a bad experience . Had to come to the airport next day by *am on stand by. My travel agent called the resort to let them know about my new arrangement . Hoping I will get a refund for one day.
