GetHuman-markst:My account has been placed on hold for months now since they claimed that my billing details don't match my shipping address even though it does. They are now requesting me to tell my card issuer which is synchrony bank of the amazon store card to fax my details to Amazons secure fax line. However, upon speaking with a Sync Bank support rep. i was told that is not possible for it is strictly against their security polices. i find it hard believe that they are unable to coordinate with each other seeing as how Sync Bank is the issuer of the AMAZON STORE CARD, which if i may add, is only accepted at AMAZON.com
