I attempted to do this via your web site but upon hitting the confirm button it went to a blank page today and yesterday. As of this writing my flight has not been altered. I then attempted to access your "Live Chat". It was down and unavailable. Are you kidding me? How can an organization this large have these elementary issues and total lack of customer service? Not surprisingly your web site works efficiently when taking reservations*money but the follow up service is appalling. This is exacerbated by the fact that you do not list a toll free number and I must call your long distance and incur further expense while I sit for upwards of ** minutes. Your commitment to customer service is disturbing and totally unacceptable. When I did get a customer service rep on the phone she was fast and efficient. However I am presuming there will be no hiccups on my flight cancellation moving forward. If any airline came
