~sjo:I have called numerous times. One of two things happened. A computer voice told me they could not take my call. OR I was put on hold for * - ** minutes before they disconnected. I tried their online chat system and waited ** minutes to be told I had to call and speak to someone. I was trying to cancel a reservation, which the recording says you can do online, but that didn't work. And the online chat rep says you have to speak to someone. After calling for hours, that is pretty ridiculous. I have yet to get through to cancel.
