~Janeta:I called to discuss a complex problem and I was quite irate at one point. I have to thank Pina and Jody for their patience.*They were both willing to listen as I described a complex situation and at no time did they loose their cool, even when I was clearly yelling at some point. I apologize for letting out my frustration on them..because my concern was not related to these individuals but the system.*Jody was exceptional in communicating to me about the system and her understanding of my frustration.*I greatly appreciated the manner in which she resolved my problem. It was difficult getting through to the staff..but once I got though..staff was great...the reason for the * stars in service relates to wait time only..otherwise a *. Thanks again,nice to know when there are problems caring people on the other end.
