GetHuman-343557:Today at *:** PM **I just want to say that your company has the worst customer service...always has in my experience. There really is no excuse for it, but I suppose that your company is so big that it doesn't care much. Not only did I get an email saying they needed "more information" so I had to call back and waste more of my time...but when I did, I was told that I lost the day*time for the installation after I had changed my schedule around for the week to accommodate the original time. The only reason I stay with AT&T is b*c I do not want the headaches of changing my email address if I were to switch to another company. **I imagine many customers are in the same boat...they would switch in a second if not for the above reason. **a very dissatisfied customer
