~laura thorp:I took my grandma to the location in Spring, TX--*****--& they were horrible to her. She was due to renew her contract and so I took her in to look at a new phone. The greeter, a Caucasian male with dark brown hair was so rude to her. Granted she had a lot of questions, but his curt manner was unnecessary. I was so appalled I ended up taking her to Sprint down the street which was cheaper anyway. When my contract is up, I'm going to switch providers as well.
