~Sam:I called to unlock my phone for international travel. I've been a customer of theirs for ** years and they would not unlock it. Instead of getting help, I got an attitude and a "lesson" on why people unlock their phones. I'm not an idiot-I didn't need a lesson, I needed help. Supervisor Ray Morgan interrupted me several times, so I asked him to please allow me to finish speaking. When I was done w* my comment he said "Are you finished." Well, now I am. With my comment and with your company. I told him so and that his rude behavior was what pushed me to make that decision. He said "Do you need to know how to file a formal complaint." I did not need another lesson from this unbelievably rude person so I advised him I was ending the call.
