I have now talked with * "customer service" representatives, the last being April Echevarri from the "office of the president" whoever that is and did not get a satisfactory adjustment to a change in billing added to my account because my daughter "upgraded", in other words, she bought another phone. For which they charge a $** random fee on top of ******** up the family plan we were paying for. I will not recommend ATT to anyone. Ever* And I have been a wireless customer for ** years and my family were loyal ATT customers for ** years. Embarrassed to say I was ever loyal to this crappy company.
