~Roy:I made a mistake and over paid by $****. I hit one additional digit on my computer with banking on line. It cleared to ATT before I could stop it at the bank. Called ATT was told various things, like call your bank, we can't do anything for * to ** days , a week later I need a case or nothing happens, then no you don't need a case number and so on. no one in ATT has authority to help the customer. This went on long enough that the next billing window was hit and ATT just helped themselves to my money. As of today the check is in the mail per a rep in the Philippines. very unhappy with ATT's response to help a long term customer
