~AnythingbutAT&T:AT&T Uverse is among America's worst companies. Impossible to reach a live person in ** minutes or less, an that's no accident. Once you do, it is usually a very nice Filipino. That person generally makes lots of promises about your account, and then a month later, you learn that none of it ever happened. Call back, repeat cycle. Then learn that "our system has no record of that," usually followed by "so sorry" and a special promotion. Repeat cycle. **Sad, because AT&T Wireless is great. AT&T Uverse has simply decided that its best to spend all money on marketing and nothing at all on service, which is horrid from top to bottom.
