~hunter:I recently called AT&T regarding my bill. I wanted to see why I was being billed for something I already paid. After being pinged ponged to * different people - of course additional wait time - each claimed that they could not help me but the next person would. Finally, when I was going to be sent to another person (*th) (that would know how to do their job) I told agent I had no more patience and had to hang up. I would call back on Monday.**Funny, the only real working numbers were for adding services. Same with the web, the website would not completely make connections.
