~Tenicatita:Having a terrible problem activating my new Android. Contacted Customer Service three different times & was online for over six hours total. The rep who waited on me was kind & respectful & tried for over an hour to get my new phone up & running. He tried everything and then decided that Tracfone would replace my new phone with another. Good customer service with a disappointing result. I will be without a phone for two weeks by the time the new phone comes in. When it does, I am letting Tracfone set it up completely. Keeping my fingers crossed!
