~ATV：They spoke English from a foreign country and when I tried to cancel * different times they stated that I had not canceled. They sent me the cancelation box * months ago and I sent it in with the modem but have been continuously charge on my account for * months. Worst company ever. Will never do business with them again. Hope the third time is the charm to get this closed. Horrible customer service and bad internet connection in evenings and during any rain, wind snow etc.
