~ChiTown：Comcast has outsourced their call center and what use to be an easy resolve took two days to resolved. I started out talking to someone in the Phillipeans regarding an issue with my phone and my internet service was taken away, I talked to * people in the Phillipeans ******** who did not understand my situation and the last person was rude. ******** I spoke to another person in the Phillipeans but couldn't help me who also told me all the supervisors were in a meeting, Wow! He was nice. Called back and got a nice young lady in Mississippi who couldn't help me because they had me scheduled for a technichian to come out. Finally Mya from the Phillipeans called me and fixed my * day problem with Comcast.
