~Anonymous:This is THE WORST customer service I have seen. The website will not let me register my online account and you cannot send an email to member services without an online account. So I had to call. After wasting my lunch break on hold, a person (so I thought) finally answers. "Hello this is Joanne. Please tell me your name so I can assist you." I say my name. "Hello this is Joanne. Please tell me your name so I can assist you." I say my name again. "Hello this is Joanne. Please tell me your name so I can assist you." I shout my name, getting irritated. "Hello this is Joanne. Please tell me your name so I can assist you. Hello? I is anyone there?" I shout YES! MY NAME IS... Nothing. This went on for longer than I'd like to admit. SO here I am, fuming, and still no online account. But they know I don't have a choice..this is my employer's insurance provider, so what does it really matter if they have good customer service?
