~Bshaw:I'm just trying to get a bulb replaced on my leased light and have waited ** days and called * times with * different responses as to pro-rating my bill. I do have to wait on pro-rating until the light bulb is replaced and then check my next bill at that time and if no pro-ration processed have to call AEP back. They can't look up where I am on the waiting list. I had the same problem on another leased light one year ago. Very frustrating!
